1. Privacy Policy
At SOHONETWORK CANADA, your privacy is our priority. We collect only the information necessary to provide our Managed IT, Hosting, and Security services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Collection
- Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number collected via our contact forms.
- Billing Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Telemetry Data: When utilizing our Network Monitoring (Zabbix) or Patch Management (Action1) services, we collect system performance and security metrics required to maintain your infrastructure.
2. Terms of Service
By accessing the website at sohonetwork.ca and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We target 99.5% monthly uptime on managed and monitored services. Support is provided Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time; issues raised outside those hours are handled on a best-effort basis. SOHONETWORK CANADA is not liable for data loss, downtime, or business interruption caused by upstream providers, hardware failures, or cyber-security incidents. The full, binding terms for managed clients are set out in each client's Master Services Agreement and Service Level Agreement.
Managed IT & Backups
Clients utilizing our Backup Services are strongly encouraged to verify their backup integrity periodically. While we employ industry-standard automation and encryption, SOHONETWORK CANADA does not guarantee the recovery of corrupted or compromised data prior to the backup window.
