Cookie Declaration

Last updated: July 2026

Privacy-friendly by design.

We do not use advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics/tracking cookies on this website. We don’t build profiles of you or sell your data. The only technologies we use are the bare essentials needed to serve the site securely and remember your display preference.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website can store on your device. Related technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work similarly. They can be “strictly necessary” (needed for the site to work and stay secure) or used for analytics, personalization, and advertising. This page explains exactly what we use.

What we use

Name Type Purpose Retention
theme Local storage (not a cookie) Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. Until you clear it
Cloudflare security Strictly necessary Our network/security provider, Cloudflare, may set a cookie to protect the site from malicious traffic and bots. Session / short-lived

Note: “theme” is stored in your browser’s local storage, not sent to us or anyone else — it simply stays on your device so the site remembers your preference.

Third-party requests

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts to render our typography. This does not set cookies, but the request does reach Google’s servers and may expose your IP address to Google, as with any resource loaded from a third party. We use no other embedded third-party content (no analytics, maps, videos, chat widgets, or social tracking pixels).

What we don’t use

  • No Google Analytics or other analytics/tracking scripts.
  • No advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • No social-media tracking pixels.
  • No cross-site profiling or data selling.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, and set your browser to block them. Because we only use strictly-necessary technologies, blocking them will not break the core site — at most, it may stop the site from remembering your light/dark preference.

Changes to this declaration

If we ever add analytics or other cookie-setting features (for example, when we introduce a content management system), we will update this page first and, where required, ask for your consent.
